How can you get involved?

To bring Lashings World XI to Winterslow is a very expensive exercise but creates a wonderful opportunity for a club like ours to secure its financial future and in turn provide much needed funds to keep our junior section and our wonderful new facility to a high standard.

The occasion is also a fantastic opportunity for you to either enjoy a great day out with friends, family or clients or to give your business huge exposure to the people of South Wiltshire at a sensible cost.

We have put together several different packages, which may Suit your requirements:-

Gold sponsorship package-

We are giving local businesses an opportunity to support the event and advertise to what will be a large crowd on the day and excellent local media coverage.

This package will include-

• A banner produced and displayed at the ground all season including the Lashings day.

• An advert in the match day programme.

• An advert on the Winterslow CC website Lashings page where tickets will be purchased.

• Company name on tickets and all pre match advertising

• A table of 10 for lunch as per lunch package

• An international player on your table for lunch

• Your picture taken and produced with your banner and the days special celebrity guest to display in your place of work.

The cost of the gold sponsorship package is £1000.00, which I am sure you agree for that exposure is excellent value.

Silver Sponsorship Package-

For the smaller businesses we are offering a less extensive package which will include the following-

• A banner produced and displayed at the ground all season including Lashings day.

• An advert in the match day programme

• 2 tickets to the Lunch event, as per Lunch Package.

The cost of the silver sponsorship package is £500.00, which is excellent value.

Bronze sponsorship package

For the smaller businesses or individuals we are offering a third which will include the following-

• A banner produced and displayed at the ground all season including Lashings Day.

• A mention in the match day programme

• 6 general admission tickets
  

The cost of the bronze sponsorship package is £250.00, which is excellent value.

Lunch hospitality package-

 On the day we will be, in conjunction with Lashing World XI, hosting a corporate lunch event. This package includes-

• A private table for 10 people.

• Entry to the ground.

• 3 course lunch.

• Wine at your table.

• Entertainment

• Afternoon snack.

• Entry to evening entertainment.

• Access to cash bar all day.

The lunch will commence at 12:30pm and will be hosted by the Lashings World XI very own MC’s. The match will commence at 2:30pm to which you will have an unrestricted view.

The cost of the Lunch package is £500.00 for each table of 10.

Should you have a smaller number interested or would like to buy individual tickets for the lunch then we will try to accommodate by combining a table, the cost of these tickets will be £50.00 each..

The Lashings lunch was an event in itself last year, excellent entertainment, good food, good company!

There are also some excellent other sponsorship opportunities which would result in some fantastic exposure for your business and very likely to come to fruition in the local press.

 Wicket Sponsors- £100.00

We also are planning to open up our spacious facility for side shows, catering and other entertainment avenues for the large crowd that we are expecting, should you have any ideas or proposals for anything of this nature we would be more than happy to discuss this with you on an individual basis.

Please also remember that after the match there will be a full evening of entertainment with music, dancing and drinking into the evening. Last year was a fantastic evening enjoyed by everyone who stayed on. It really is a full days entertainment.
